If you're getting ready to retire or you've just retired, you might want to consider taking a gap year. Basically what you're saying is, I don't have to figure out my retirement. I don't have to be the retired guy for a year. I'm just going to kind of just take everything one day at a time and not try and sort a bunch of stuff out on my retirement for that first year.
